Culver’s of Arnold is seeking a high caliber General Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and understands the importance of delivering service with first class hospitality. Job Skills and Requirements:


· Guest Service: A friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteousness and quick service will help get repeat customers by building trust in the brand.

· Communication: Ability to foster and encourage open communication, and cooperation.

· Teamwork: Restaurant General Managers are part of a team. You will be working with others to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential for success.

· Leadership Skills: Restaurant General Managers must keep team members and leaders motivated, resolve conflicts, and make the difficult decisions, along with inspiring their team and leaders to always achieve their very best.

· Professionalism: Be the leader, coach and mentor for your team that will always lead them to do the right thing for our guests along with developing your team to excel at anything they may choose in life.

· Run shifts effectively to ensure quality products, excellent guest service and restaurant cleanliness while maintaining labor, food cost, and other profitability targets.

· Follows and implements restaurant policies, operational procedures and food safety procedures effectively by holding the team members accountable for their actions and/or behaviors.

· Understands the financial reporting process and has the financial acumen to meet or exceed the key performance indicators of the business.

- A basic understanding of computers and Microsoft Office.

· Results driven with 3+ years of leadership experience as a high caliber General Manager in a food service location.

· A genuine smile and positive 'can-do' attitude.


Physical Requirements:


Stamina: Long, busy days on your feet are the trademark of this job. Walks fast paced during shifts. Bends, reaches and stoops Lift / carry 10 lbs. or less constantly; Lift / carry 11-20 lbs. frequently; Lift / carry 21-50 lbs. occasionally; Lift / carry 51-100 lbs. rarely


Shifts vary with a rotating schedule. Shifts will range from 8 hours to 12 hours. We work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays The typical work week is 50 hours.
