Front of House Shift Leader - Chick-fil-A West Acres

Rate of pay$19 - 23 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts, ensuring top-tier customer service.
  • Train, mentor, and oversee team members to uphold Chick-fil-A’s standards of hospitality and efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and work areas.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with stocking as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and quality assurance guidelines.
  • Support managers with scheduling and daily operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to teamwork and creating a positive work culture.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
