 Entry Level HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities

• Must have reliable vehicle until eligible for a company vehicle
• Learn to test systems for proper function, performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools and equipment, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency.
• Identify problems and provide customers with solutions regarding their HVAC systems

 Entry Level HVAC Service Technician Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and have at minimum of three years of safe driving experience
• Clean motor vehicle report, background check, and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA certification or obtain within a month of hire
• Must be able to work in extreme conditions (ie cold, hot, dirty environment, cramped, on ladders etc).
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the US for any employer
