Maintenance Dispatch Coordinator - Immediate Hire

Join our team as a Maintenance Dispatch Coordinator, a role that is crucial to our operations. You will be responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and closing maintenance services efficiently. You'll work closely with the Lead Dispatcher, assisting with paperwork, payroll, and serving as a backup dispatcher when needed.
General:
- Work hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional OT
- Report to the Service and Parts Manager
Primary Job Functions:
- Manage daily schedules for technicians
- Handle all scheduling logistics
- Maintain open communication with the management team
- Manage billing, finalize invoices, and order inventory
- Field calls, open new service work orders, and review client histories
- Work OT as needed to achieve company goals
Skills & Specifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Well-organized with excellent multitasking abilities
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
