Join our team as a Maintenance Dispatch Coordinator, which plays a crucial role in our operations. Are you ready to manage technicians' daily schedules, handle all scheduling logistics, and maintain open communication with the management team?

General:

• Work hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional OT
• Report to the Service and Parts Manager

Primary Job Functions:

• Manage daily schedules for technicians
• Handle all scheduling logistics
• Maintain open communication with the management team
• Manage billing, finalize invoices, and order inventory
• Field calls, open new service work orders, and review client histories
• Work OT as needed to achieve company goals

Skills & Specifications:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word
• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Well-organized with excellent multitasking abilities
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
