Role description
Your mission is to promote the brand, vision and products of Chick-fil-A. You will be responsible for the events, promotion, team member care and community involvement of Chick-fil-A New Bern. Our goal is to create remarkable experiences for our guests through social media and in-restaurant engagement and further grow the business by creating brand loyalty with guests and team members.
Role Responsibilities
- Social Media
- Schedule weekly content for Social Media outlets (Facebook and Instagram) that will engage, promote interaction among guests and also promote our brand and products.
- Come up with original content and stay on top of our monthly calendar so that it’s relevant to our restaurant and our guests.
- Learn and implement changing trends to maximize local reach
- Respond to comments, messages and posts and keep our pages interactive and up-to-date.
- We may also receive complaints or special requests and will direct them accordingly.
- Community Involvement
- Point person for any outside events to engage and connect with those in our local community
- Create and foster relationships with potential partnership opportunities within businesses, schools, hospitals etc.
- Blitzing the community with food distribution/promotional materials to promote catering, events, hiring, giveaways etc. in a strategic manner
