Main Responsibilities of a Store Manager:

• Responsible for every aspect of everyday supervision of store operations
• Responsible for resource management
• Responsible to lead and develop Team Members and Shift Managers

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and skilled leaders with remarkable abilities, who will run a restaurant effectively and with great attention to detail. We are looking for motivated leaders who will:

Ensure an outstanding experience for Guest and Team Members.

Be responsible for managing a high-volume restaurant, food safety, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness at all times.

Serve great food with fast and accurate service, including demonstrating genuine hospitality.

Coach, develop, grow, manage and mentor both Team Members and Shift Managers.

Set and achieve business growth goals.

Pay: $25-26/hr
