As the Assistant Taproom Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of front of house management, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. From staff education to menu development, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and provide guests with unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff education, training, and scheduling 
• Maintain adherence to high standards of service
• Work with our executive head chef to develop menus to enhance guest experience 
• Develop menus to enhance guest experience
• Inventory Management
• Product knowledge and rollout
• Coordinate guest reservations with marketing and execution of private events 
• Ensure accurate daily cash handling
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations 
• Maintaining maintenance schedules of mission critical systems

Qualifications:

• Availability to work Tuesday-Sunday shifts, evenings, and weekends
• Certified Beer Server certification required within 60 days of hire
• Familiarity with local alcohol service laws
• TIPS certification within 60 days of hire
• 2-3 years of service industry management experience minimum
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
