FoodWorks also features six DRYAGER cabinets where we dry age a range of proteins in-house to bring in a new kind of dining experience to our brewery.

Jailbreak Brewing Co. is dedicated to maintaining an inclusive and passionate team culture that consistently provides guests with a memorable experience in the taproom. We are currently looking to hire a Sous Chef to join our FoodWorks team! If you are organized, team-oriented, enjoy learning, and bring positive energy, we want to hear from you! Compensation based on experience. 45 hour cap for the work week. PTO, mental health focused platform, and daily staff allowance!
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in restaurant setting
- Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and FoodWorks employees, and guests.
- Assure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation.
- Ensure that food products, presentation, and plating are of the highest quality, and are prepared to serve in a timely manner.
