Requirements:

• High school students aged 16 to 17
• Quick Learners and Fast Paced
• Valid High School Workers Permit
• Closing & Weekend shifts only
• Work under the direction of a Shift Lead and/or Owner-Operator

Responsibilities:

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pans, and take out trash
• Sweep floors and clean the bathroom
• Constant standing, bending, and ability to lift heavy items
• Cleaning, restocking the workstation, and ensuring all equipment is sanitized
• Fold miscellaneous boxes

Secondary Job Responsibilities

• Ball cookie dough onto baking sheet pans
• Decorate and display finished products according to Crumbl standards
• Work the Point of Sale area, greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
• Insert & Remove Unbaked/Baked cookies from Hot Commercial Ovens
