Job Responsibilities
A Director at Chick-fil-A Trinity Mills is a senior level leader who works operationally to solve strategic bottlenecks. Directors own one or more areas of the Critical Success Factors and work directly with Executive Directors and Team Leaders to solve any operational deficiencies. Although Directors are not always in charge of running shifts, Directors are ultimately responsible for the success of the day-to-day operations and are ensuring the store is set up for long term success.
Job Prerequisites
- One year experience in team management
- Must have a proven track record of achieving strong business results and be able to clearly communicate and demonstrate these successes.
- Must have the experience and skills to effectively conduct feedback and coaching conversations.
- Must be proactive self-starters with strong self-management skills.
Job Requirements
- Work at least 40 hours a week (max 50)
- Must maintain professional confidentiality
- Must have opening and/or closing availability
- Must work at least 2 Saturdays a month
- Must be willing to work front-of-house and back-of house
- Must have clean driving record

When at the store, a Director will work in operations but working through the filter of eliminating operational deficiencies that are hindering store success. Directors should coach and develop other team members and leaders and should operate as if the business was their own. Store goals should be top of mind and should be communicated to the team on a daily basis. Directors are a direct reflection of Chick-fil-A Trinity Mills and should represent the business through that lens.
