As a Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in the marketing department of our organizations, this is a Global Enterprise-Wide Marketing Seat over multiple companies/entities. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the overall marketing strategy. You will collaborate with department leaders of each entity to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with the company's objectives. Implementing effective marketing campaigns, analyze data, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with the company's objectives.
- Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including digital marketing, content creation, events, and partnerships. (No Social Media)
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, including lead conversion rates, website traffic, and engagement, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to target specific customer segments and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, sales materials, and website content, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product management, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to coordinate marketing activities and ensure deliverables are met.
- Contribute to the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other customer communication initiatives.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of events, conferences, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition costs, and campaign performance, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of experience in marketing, business, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
