We are on the hunt for an experienced line cook to join our talented team and help prepare meals according to our standard recipes. In this position, your principal goal will be to prepare high-quality meals that meet the chef’s exact specifications.

Responsibilities of a Cook:
- Start of the day - Do the preparation work like stocking the line and preparing for the days shift. Prepare steam table, line ingredients, chop vegetables, Monitor food stock, prep list.
- End of the day - clean area, restock line, filter oils, wipe down kitchen equipment and make remaining orders.
- Energetic, Multitasker, and have a good team-spirit to work in fast paced place with customer- focused attitude.
- Handling multiple food orders at one time as well as monitoring multiple food orders, with all professional kitchen equipment
- Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and late evenings and holidays.
- Prefer the safe serve certification
Requirements:
- Proficient with preparing, plating and or bagging food orders.
- Familiar with all professional kitchen equipment
- Outstanding understanding of food safety practices and hygiene.
- Working experience in preparing ingredients for fast food quickly.
- Excellent team spirit with a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and late evenings, holidays.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listening skills, and interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick decision-making skills, good time management skills
- A keen eye on details.
- Ready to work for Extra hours and Extra Role when required.
