We are looking for an experienced and skilled store manager with remarkable skills, who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail.

• Basset Certification
• You are enjoying doing what you love 5 days a week (6 days when business demands).
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience within the foodservice/customer service
industry, including Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Reliable vehicle and current driver's license.

• Understand how to run the store as a CEO, your small unit that generates profits
• Wage depending on ability and prior experience with pizza shops.
• Manage and work together with both kitchen manager and restaurant manager.
• Manage labor costs/payroll proactively avoiding over runs in labor costs
• Aim at food under 28% and labor under 30% on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Proven experience as a Shift Manager or similar responsibility role • Must be able to make pizza and all food items as needed
• Must be able to drive pizza on slow days when there are no drivers. • Hands-on Manager leader
• Comfortable with food preparation
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and computer skills
• Great attitude and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• Can-do attitude with the desire to make a career out of this position.
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Order food and perform nightly inventories
• Run the store to Zazzo's Pizza operating procedures and standards
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
