The general manager is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant, including staffing, food safety and training, scheduling, sales and marketing, budgeting, inventory control, and purchasing. The GM is also responsible for establishing the restaurant’s brand standards and support team.
Other duties:
- Establish operational guidelines to ensure compliance with Zaxby’s policies
- Develop pricing policies to ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with Zaxby’s food safety policies
- Train staff on operational standards
- Ensure compliance with store hours and staffing requirements
- Provide feedback to management on both current and long term goals for operations
- Review store reports for accuracy and adherence to directives
- Develop monthly sales estimates based on sales trends from previous months
- Support local marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials for
