What is it like to work at Chick-fil-A?
Working at Chick-fil-A to me is like getting to spend time with my family. My team members and the guests I get to interact with are like family to me. I get to see them and work with them everyday. I am a people person and I enjoy being able to talk to our guests and staff members. It doesn’t feel like I am doing a job, it feels like getting to spend time with the people I care most about and getting to create connections with people (the paychecks are just a bonus 🤣😉).
What are the perks and benefits of working at Chick-fil-A? The perks and benefits from Chick-fil-A are the scholarships for school, getting to create connections with people I normally would have never connected with before, and being able to be flexible with my schedule. When working my shift, I get a free meal and also offered off-shift discount on my meal. Opportunities always exist to grow within Chick-fil-A whether its at the restaurant or at the corporate support center in Atlanta. Additionally, you have access to getting discounts on your regular everyday purchases.
What does career growth look like at Chick-fil-A? There are many examples of career growth at Chick-fil-A as we strongly encourage promote from within. Many start as a team member to learn the systems and process and meeting the team work through the positions to your desired leadership position. Leadership training for those who choose to continue to grow is available for those who choose to grow. When you put in the effort and have the passion, you are able to grow yourself in leadership, and our opinion, Chick-fil-A is the best place to do that. As you grow, it presents opportunities to have special areas of interest like drive thru, catering, team development, food preparation, and marketing, etc. Additionally, many of the corporate support center staff grow within the restaurant and transfers to Atlanta. So if there’s one thing your most passionate about you have the opportunity to grow yourself into a successful entrepreneur.
