Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Maintain food safety standards
- Upholding the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and accurately
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time and lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, rules, and dress code at all times
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly & efficiently, by Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Keep the restaurant neat, clean, and orderly at all times
- Be knowledgeable of the menu and keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain knowledge by completing in-house training and stay current on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
