The Host/ Hostess is the face of the restaurant: welcomes guests, seat them at tables or in lounge, and help ensure quality of facilities and guest service. Presents menus to guests and answers questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. Is thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of the menu, ingredients, and prices and reservations.
Open table experience is required for this position. Please do not apply if you do not have Open Table experience.
Daytime and Nighttime availability preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Use of Open Table for reservations
- Greeting guests as they walk into the restaurant
- Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their table
- Giving guests accurate wait time estimates and seating them in the waiting area
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions they may have
- Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff
- Answering phones and create large parties inquiries
- Receive and record guests' dining reservations--including allergies, preferences, special requests
- Open Table, Word, Outlook, Hot Schedules Required
