Captain’s Sports Lounge is looking for talented hard working Kitchen Personnel capable of working a busy line!
Ability to listen, communicate, and function in a fast-paced busy environment to ensure cohesiveness with the other staff members.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards for a clean and orderly kitchen.
Label and stock shelves for ease and proper rotation.
Applicants should have a basic familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
Be able to follow recipes by weighing, mixing, and measuring ingredients then baking, grilling, or frying.

- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.
Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
