Hello and thank you for your interest in this position. This is a full-time position and we are interested in hiring someone who can work five days a week, from 2p-10p. We will hire individuals who have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, are patient and hard-working, and who are motivated to grow within our leadership team.

Please note that anyone hired for this position will begin their journey as a team member and undergo a probationary period of at least three months. Evaluations and meetings with leadership will determine whether/if the chosen candidate is promoted to a leadership position.

Upon promotion to shift lead, this enthusiastic, kind, and professional individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of their shift, keeping an eye on the ‘big picture’ and enabling the shift to run smoothly. This includes moving team members to different positions as needed to enhance speed of service, checking the day’s catering orders upon arrival, actively training or organizing training team members on shift in new roles, delegating and overseeing the cleanliness of the frontline/restrooms, and communicating effectively and often with fellow managers and marketing directors.

Previous leadership/management experience is required for this position and prior knowledge of food service is highly encouraged.

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.

• able to work full-time at night (2-10p), full-time, with Sundays off and an additional day chosen by applicant (Saturdays may be a requirement)
