Duties/Responsibilities Plumbing QA/QC Technician:
- Responsible for quality control programs on projects
- Documents job walks with project status photos
- Fosters relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and Stakeholders
- Ensures all safety and environmental policies are followed
- Ensures all work is installed per project scope and adheres to industry standards and codes
- Ensures field personnel have the appropriate tools and materials
- Evaluates construction methods and cost-effectiveness
- Regularly visits projects to assess performance, safety, progress, and quality
- Attends corporate project status meetings
- Confirms ADA regulations and code for installation
Software/Equipment Qualifications Plumbing QA/QC Technician:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)
- Proficient in Adobe PDF editor or similar
- Competence in operating a desktop computer/laptop and a cell phone/iPad
- Proficient in using ERP tools
- Familiarity with Bluebeam construction software preferred
- Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Build, FieldWire, etc. preferred
Required Skills/Abilities Plumbing QA/QC Technician:
- Must be a licensed plumber
- Basic computer skills
- Must have current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certificate (must obtain OSHA 10 Certificate within 90 days of hire)
