As a Regional Director of the Plumbing Division, you will be crucial in running our Plumbing Division and driving business growth through client meetings and relationship building.

Essential Duties for Regional Director of Plumbing Division:       

• Run the Plumbing Division under the Plumbing General Manager's Direction       
• Manage the General Superintendent and Superintendents in Arizona       
• Business Development - Meet with Clients and build new relationships       
• Follow up on Estimates and close work       
• Support PMO Staff       
• Perform Job Walks on Job sites       
• Oversee Safety Practices       
• Manage & Track Profit Margins to maintain or beat budgets       
• Manage & Track the Production System for installation       
• Present a strong company image       
• Support other Divisions at Jet Industries       
• Hire Employees, conduct employee reviews, and understand the employee hiring process
• Employee Training       
• Oversee Warehouse Operations

Requirements for Regional Director of Plumbing Division:

• Comprehensive background in the Production Plumbing Industry       
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field       
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a Plumbing Company or Division.        
• Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills       
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills       
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others and participate as a team player       
• Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
