Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable
- Manage the waiting list and notify guests when their table is ready
- Provide menus and answer any questions guests may have
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables
- Take and fulfill food and beverage carryout orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the dining area is clean and presentable at all times
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional service
