Material Handler - Seasonal Opportunities Available

The Chocolate Department Material Handler role is a vital position responsible for maintaining inventory levels for production, packaging, and shipping. As a Material Handler, you will work closely with the production team and managers to ensure the seamless flow of materials and products. This role offers the opportunity to learn about inventory management, quality control, and safe handling practices in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and track inventory using the lot tracking system
• Maintain stock levels for production and packaging teams
• Collaborate with managers on inventory control and expiration dates
• Conduct regular inventory counts and organize incoming shipments
• Ensure proper storage of allergen materials and maintain cleanliness standards
• Monitor chocolate levels in melting tanks and assist with shipping priorities
• Stack and store completed products for shipping

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Willingness to become forklift certified and maintain certification
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 6am to 3:30pm with additional hours as needed; Seasonal demand is 6:00am to 6:30pm 6 days/week.
• Flexibility to support e-commerce operations during peak periods
