Order Picker

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment?

Join our team as an 1st Shift Order Picker where you will be responsible for picking customer orders, maintaining inventory, and upholding quality standards. With a work week averaging from 38 to 45 hours, you'll play a crucial role in our warehouse operations.

Job Duties

• Pick customer orders with precision and efficiency
• Prepare and collect inventory for order fulfillment
• Track inventory lots and facilitate the process
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and adhere to picking requirements
• Transport orders to the Assembly Department
• Maintain attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Collaborate with team members to ensure stock levels are maintained
• Keep the work area clean and organized

Schedule

Regular hours of operation are Monday - Friday between the hours of 5:30am and 4:30pm. Additional hours and days are added dependant on seasonal order quantities and production demands.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Working Environment

This role operates in a warehouse environment, involving picking products off shelves and using carts for transportation. Expect to stand and walk on hard flooring for extended periods.

Physical Requirements

The role requires manual dexterity, physical stamina, and the ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds. You should also have good vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Schedule
