BASICS
As a Hospitality Team Member, you are the first face our guest will encounter. You will warmly welcome guests, making personalized and authentic connections. You will assist with either finding them their perfect spot to sit, completing their carry-out order, or ensuring their food arrives fresh from the kitchen. Our Hospitality Team Members are critical in creating exceptional experiences for guests.
REQUIREMENTS
· You are a minimum 16 years of age
· Prior restaurant experience or customer service skills are preferable but not necessary
· Must be able to work on feet for long periods of time
· Must be able to handle a fast-paced, high-intensity job setting
· Basic math and money handling skills
· Has exceptional time management, attention to detail and guest service skills
WILL BE PROVIDED
· Food safety basic training
· Position training lasts a minimum of 4-6 days
