Catering Role Specifics:
Catering Assistants help operate the restaurant's 'additional distribution points' (ADPs) by selling on site, preparing food in the restaurant, and engaging with guests at the catering location.
A successful catering assistant understands fully the role of a Front Counter Team Member at Chick-fil-A, as well as the needs of catering sales & preparation. This individual must be extremely outgoing, engaging with guests, and enjoy a fast paced environment.
Depending on volume of catering sales, Catering assistants may be used offsite at ADPs or in store operations to meet their hours needs.
Important Notes:
- Hours and Expectations for this role are dependent on ADP opportunities. Flexibility in Scheduling is required.
- A successful Catering Assistant must be positive and outgoing to engage with new guests.
- Catering Assistants must have a strong understanding of restaurant operations and be able to help execute order preparation and delivery through the restaurant.
- Being delivery focused, reliable transportation and a good driving history is extremely important to the success of this role.
