Consistently strive to be Ambassadors of Goodwill for the restaurants and community.
- Identify, educate and build relationships through event marketing with Civic, Schools, Churches, Sports Teams, Residential and Commercial businesses, Hotels, Charitable Organizations, Non-profit Organizations
- 75% of time spent making Sales calls with and without appointments to local businesses in assigned focus area each week.
Assist in the coordination, development, analysis and execution of sales building plans and techniques, which align with company initiatives.
- Lead development process of individual restaurant marketing plans with Supervisor and Restaurant Manager
- Evaluate effectiveness of plan and progress
- Ensure marketing and merchandising materials are executed consistently
- Share results and best practices
- Continue to generate new ideas to build sales and help coordinate/facilitate
- Develop, execute and process creative materials and requests
¨ Coach and develop restaurant management teams on local store marketing and sales building
- Inspire and encourage Restaurant Managers in all aspects of Donatos guest philosophy and marketing programs
- Consistently train Restaurant Managers on how to use various marketing processes/concepts to successfully promote business and increase sales
Act as a liaison between Operations and marketing
- Provide weekly updates to Operations on marketing strategies
- Provide feedback to the Marketing Department about needs from the field and feedback from the field to the Marketing Department, ensuring the lines of communication are open and honest
Navigate and manage the stores social media accounts
- Create and manage social media outlets
- Utilize Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram for advertising on a weekly/daily basis
