Your Role:
Our catering department is on the lookout for energetic, dependable, and professional team players with a strong work ethic and a passion for food. Your Activities Include:
- Manage the Taziki's "4 Stages of Catering" - Prep/Production, Execution, Assembly & Delivery
- Efficiently prep, set up, execute, and deliver catering orders
- Maintain catering delivery vehicle and supplies
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain a professional image at all times
- Have a thorough understanding of our menu, packaging, and pricing to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with POS and back office systems
- Drive safely, following all traffic laws
- Be a brand ambassador

Your Talents:
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Maintain a clean driving record and have a valid FL drivers license
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior catering & food service experience is a plus
• Physical fitness to meet the demands of the position
• Basic computer skills: Outlook, Word, Gmail, Excel
• Exceptional organization, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers, management, and team members
• Ability to operate all necessary equipment, including GPS
• Exercise good judgment when handling customer situations and complaints, initiating corrective action professionally.
Working Conditions/Hours:
Enjoy a flexible full or part-time schedule, working approximately 30-40 hours a week. Shifts may vary, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to:
• Walk and stand for extended periods
• Occasionally carry or lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds to chest level without injury
• Bend and stoop to effectively move, load, and unload products (not to exceed 50 pounds) into your catering van unassisted
• Push and pull carts containing products weighing up to 100 lbs
• Work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
