RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Successfully complete 4-6 weeks of training.
- Drive sales growth and profits for the restaurant and catering.
- Manage shifts and ensure floor control.
- Develop hourly employees, fostering motivation, training, and personal and professional growth.
REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum of 1-2 years of upper management experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- ServSafe Certification Required.
- Excellent leadership, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to attract, train, retain, and motivate quality employees.
- Basic knowledge of PC functions.
- Maintain a positive, clean, safe atmosphere and environment for both guests and coworkers.
- Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, establishment, and the brand.
- Strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceed our guests’ expectations 100% of the time.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Position requires the ability to tolerate walking and standing during the entire shift.
- Must be capable of reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying, with a minimum lifting capacity of 50 pounds to chin level without injury.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage staff and handle adversity.
- Exercises good judgment when dealing with customer situations, complaints, and takes corrective action when necessary.
WORK CONDITIONS/HOURS
- Flexible schedule requiring up to 40 hours weekly of physical activity.
- Shifts will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
