Roles & Responsibilities:
· Lead our Janitorial services team, in a fast-paced working environment.
· Develop a productive, profitable and achievement-oriented working environment for employees
· Understand and execute the scope of work as detailed in each contract
· Address operational obstacles in a timely fashion using proper chain of command
· Submit supply orders by Monday morning of non-payroll weeks. Specific items and quantity are required
· Verify accuracy of supply deliveries and ensure that all products are received and properly accounted
· Communicate any customer/staff schedule changes to management as soon as possible
· Attend Operations meetings with OM. Provide updates, feedback, and suggestions
· Supervise Janitorial team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer service
· Champion best practices, company values, and service excellence standards
· Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staff
· Determine staffing requirements and work schedules for new and existing projects
· Help facilitate interviews, and ensure onboarding is completed on the first day
· Conduct regular training and submit sign-in sheet for documentation
· Maintain equipment SOPs, perform routine equipment maintenance and repair audits
· Document & notify the OM (Operations Manager) of informal/ formal disciplinary actions
· Execute and oversee employee offboarding that adheres to company policy
· Special projects or requests as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
