Job Summary
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests in foodservice. Utilize point-of-sale to manage transactions. Responsible for ensuring the assigned areas are cleaned according to set guidelines.

Responsibilities
Utilization of Point of Sale Systems - 30
Accurately and efficiently utilizes point-of-sale systems and maintains all cash and media at the registers. Communicates customer requests to the management. Maintains awareness of daily menu items and knowledge of meal plans. Attentive to guest needs.
Customer Service - 30
Excellent customer service. Greets and acknowledges customers, maintains outstanding solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service standards.
Reconciliation of funds - 20
Counts and reconciles funds during shifts to ensure adequate funds. Restocks assigned supplies and brochures. Accurately records patron counts.
Maintenance of Neat Appearance - 20
Maintains neat appearance at the registers and in the front-of-house areas.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or Vocational School Diploma.
Required Experience
One or more years of job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience
Two or more years of working in the job-related field
Proposed Salary
The pay rate for this position is $12.50

ABILITIES
Must have open availability to include nights and weekends. Ability to follow oral and written instructions, work with a diverse population, and take the direction required.
KNOWLEDGE
Experience in cash handling preferred.
SKILLS
This job requires good customer service skills to include being courteous and dependable.
