Physical Requirements:
Stand/Walk Constantly. Lift/carry 10lb to 50lb. Well groomed in accordance to uniform standards as outlined in the handbook.

Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain a positive, winning culture
- Hire, develop, retain and inspire managers and team members
- Provide exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Effectively lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Manage labor costs and food costs to achieve controllable profit targets
- Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
- Assist with local area marketing and community engagement activities
