A Shift Leads who keeps the joint jumping and the vibe steady while our team members serve up stone-baked pizzas, crave-able food, and refreshing craft cocktails.

You thrive on leading a team through unique challenges while never losing sight of the business of managing a restaurant. This isn’t just any pizza place. And you aren’t just any Shift Leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations- during your shift - including staffing, food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Set the Mellow vibe with staff and guests, resolving guest issues as needed.
• Train new team members and supervise current employees to consistently provide exemplary service with a Mellow vibe
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and staff by adhering to the Mellow Mushroom standards for safety and sanitation
• Communicate with management when maintenance and repairs as needed. Things sometimes break, and we need you to help fix them
