RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare the pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings (tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and more)
• Perform dough pull to ensure optimal proofing and rising
• Be comfortable talking to coworkers and guests; we want you to extend the Mellow vibe to everyone–especially team members
• Prepare the Mellow specialty pizzas our guests crave and rave about. This includes following recipes and creating build-your-own menu items that leave guests coming back for more.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and utensils/equipment; we pride ourselves on strict standards for food safety
