What are the perks and benefits of working at Ace Hardware? We have an annual bonus plan for employees as well as a quarterly bonus plan for managers.
We have a great employee discount program where you can buy at 10% above cost on anything in the store or warehouse.
We offer PTO after one full year that starts accruing from your first day of employment.
We also offer Medical, Vision and Dental insurance after 90 days of employment. Medical plan requires full time employment.
What does career growth look like at Ace Hardware? Training comes from vendors doing live training in store to discuss features and benefits, your fellow associates as well as a state-of-the-art learning management system.
Your first six shifts in our store will have a training component so you will hit the sales floor being helpful to all
Classes are offered on all aspects of your job and you can take a learning bundle to become an expert in a department.
You’ll work directly with customers helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
We are high energy so time will fly.
We have plenty to do with stocking freight, putting up shelf tags and cleaning when there isn’t a customer to help.
You will be on your feet for most of our 6-8 hour shift
You must lift 25 to 30 pounds.
$9 - 12 per hour
