We are looking for a Store Trainer and Catering Marketer to join our team and help drive both operational excellence and local store marketing efforts.

Position Summary:

The Store Trainer/Catering Marketer will be responsible for training staff to ensure they meet our company's service and operational standards while promoting our catering services to local businesses and organizations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in both roles and be passionate about people, process improvement, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Responsibilities:

• Train new hires and current staff on Jimmy John’s procedures, customer service, food preparation, and safety standards.
• Develop and implement ongoing training programs to maintain high performance and operational standards.
• Provide leadership and support to ensure team members deliver quality service consistently.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.

Catering Marketing Responsibilities:

• Promote and grow Jimmy John’s catering services to local businesses, schools, and organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the community.
• Organize and attend events, trade shows, and local marketing activities to raise awareness of catering options.
• Track and report on the success of catering campaigns and client retention.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in training, restaurant operations, or catering marketing.
• Strong knowledge of food service operations, preferably in the quick-service restaurant industry.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong marketing and networking abilities, with experience in sales or business development preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
