- Must be available to work at least 15 hours per week
- Must be available to work at least 3 days per week
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve Guests and Team Members with honor, dignity, and respect
- Create an environment of hospitality
- Work with a sense of urgency in all positions
- Work safely around equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Communicating effectively with fellow Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Arrive and depart from shifts at scheduled times
- Other duties as assigned
