What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Oversee BOH operations to ensure quality, cleanliness, and food safety
- Train and coach team members on recipes, prep procedures, and station flow
- Lead shifts by setting a professional example and fostering teamwork
- Monitor speed and accuracy to meet service goals
- Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
- Open or close the kitchen, including counting drawers and shift reporting
- Uphold inventory and portioning standards to control costs and waste
- Communicate performance feedback and development needs to leadership
What You Bring to the Table:
- Prior leadership in a Kitchen/BOH setting (Shift Lead, Kitchen Manager, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Effective communicator with a calm, confident leadership style
- Passionate about process, cleanliness, and high standards
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage shifting priorities
- 1+ year of stable experience in the food industry preferred
- Able to lift 50lbs. and work on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen
- Reliable transportation and a team-first attitude
