BOMBA is a vibrant local taco spot that features craveable global flavors and scratch-made cocktails in a local hangout that guests can call their own. “Bomba” in our name refers to the music and dance of the same name, and the sense of community, excitement and spontaneity that it brings. Originating over 200 years ago in Puerto Rico, the musical genre is now often performed in the setting of lively street gatherings called “Bombazos”.
