Job Summary:

Are you someone who loves to interact with people? We are looking for someone to fulfill the hospitality position in our dining room. A Chick-fil-A Dining Room Host/Hostess is a relationally-driven individual who performs guest services including greeting guests, refilling drinks, cleaning tables, changing trash, sweeping and mopping, restocking supplies, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Availability:

Full-time (30-40 hours per week), 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
Minimum of five (5) working days per week
Friday and Saturday availability required

Duties/Responsibilities:

Create a warm and welcoming dining experience through heartfelt hospitality
Greet guests, manage the dining area, and assist with various guest needs
Create a remarkable experience for our guests through Genuine Hospitality
Ensure a fun, clean, and excellent guest service and satisfaction
Communicate effectively with guest, staff, and management
Oversee the proper setup and maintenance of the dining room area
Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth food service operations
Complete Sexual Harassment Prevention Training within 30 days of hire
Complete State Food Safety Compliance Training within 30 days of hire

Compensation:

Starting at $20/hour, higher pay commensurate with experience
