ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP Team Members and guests
• Handle guest complaints and ensure a high-quality dining experience
• Communicate food orders and service requests accurately and in a timely manner
• Memorize IHOP terminology, plating techniques, and menu knowledge
• Follow IHOP standards for preparing menu items
• Perform cleaning duties and comply with uniform standards
• Complete other assigned tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• No prior experience or training required

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic mathematical skills
• Common sense reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Successful completion of IHOP training course work

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to stand, walk, and communicate effectively
