Your Role in Our Recipe for Success:

• Lead the charge in delivering superior service quality and unforgettable dining experiences.
• Spearhead the hiring, training, and development of our front-of-house (FOH) team, ensuring a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Drive outstanding dining shifts, setting the tone for an energetic and cohesive team dynamic.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to share updates, specials, and motivation, sparking enthusiasm and teamwork.
• Oversee financial and administrative responsibilities in line with company policies and procedures.
• Champion health, safety, and sanitation standards maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Restaurant Assistant Manager Skills and Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of floor management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Ability to work together as a team.
• Lead by example and foster a positive and motivated work environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Exhibit excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Must be comfortable using a computer and possess data entry and reporting skills.
• Must be able to move and process information quickly.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10-12 hours).
• Must have the stamina to work up to 55 hours per week.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 25lbs.
• Familiarity with food handling, safety, and compliant restaurant guidelines for Mecklenburg County
• High School Diploma (Four Year Degree or Hospitality Degree preferred)
