Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing amazing creations from scratch following our recipes to produce consistent results
• Multitasking with focus and skill
• Knowing and complying consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
• Wok cooking a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items
• Following the sanitization standards, making sure the station stays clean, and following all of the food handling safety standards
• Understands the wok cooking process and understands how to develop wok-hei even in a high-volume setting

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 1-2 years of high-volume wok experience
• Has good communication skills
• Is comfortable standing for 8+ hour shifts
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
• Has the flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
• Has experience in quality food production, presentation, service, and sanitation
• Has advanced understanding of professional cooking, knife handling skills, wok safety skills and a voracious appetite for knowledge
• Open availability to work (days or nights, weekends and some holidays)
