Calle Sol Latin Café & Cevicheria is on the hunt for a talented Salad & Ceviche Line Cook to join our vibrant team. If you have experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen, we want to meet you! Line Cook Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare amazing creations from scratch following our recipes to produce consistent results
• Multitask with focus and great ability
• Know and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment
• Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your work station stays clean, and follow all of the food handling standards

We Are Looking for a Line Cook Who:

• Has at least two years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
• Has good communication skills
• Is comfortable standing for 8+ hour shifts
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
• Has the flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
• Has experience in quality food production, presentation, service, and sanitation
• Has advanced understanding of professional cooking, knife handling skills, and a voracious appetite for knowledge
• Must be available for night and weekends.
