Plate Perfect Catering, a part of FS Food Group, is seeking a talented Catering AM Breakfast Lead Server to join our team. As a lead server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our breakfast catering events are executed flawlessly, leaving a lasting impression on our clients and their guests.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AM breakfast catering events
• Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, especially in the early mornings
• Set up and break down breakfast event spaces
• Interact with clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation for breakfast events

Requirements:

• Prior experience in catering or event service preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Availability for early morning shifts, with a clock-in time between 4:45 am - 5:00 am
• Flexible schedule, available 3-4 business days during the week
