Plate Perfect Catering is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Captain to lead our catering team for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow and manage strict timelines for diverse events.
- Lead a catering team of 10 or more to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage passed appetizer service and buffet setups with risers and elegant décor.
- Coordinate with venue contacts and clients to ensure smooth event operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
