Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year plus monthly performance bonus

We're excited to be expanding this popular brand, a beloved staple since its opening in 2010! We're seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the Tex-Mex dining scene. Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Execute and innovate on a diverse menu of Tex-Mex dishes.
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic kitchen staff to uphold high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and procurement to ensure profitability.
  • Uphold and exceed food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with management on seasonal specials and menu innovation.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Kitchen Manager, particularly in a high-volume full-service setting.
  • Deep knowledge of Tex-Mex culinary practices and techniques.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Creative approach to menu development and food presentation.
  • Strong financial acumen related to kitchen operations.
  • Food Safety Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) preferred.
  • Passion for delivering a superior dining experience.
