As a Full-Service Private Dining Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of private dining events within our establishments. Your primary focus will be on driving sales for private dining services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and cultivating relationships with clients to enhance repeat business. This role requires a combination of sales, event planning, and customer service skills to successfully execute private dining events from inquiry to completion

Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development


  • Proactively promote and sell private dining services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
  • Collaborate with the in-store management team and marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new private dining clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, follow up, and negotiation.


Client Relationship Management


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their specific needs and preferences.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
  • Provide personalized service to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.


Event Coordination:


  • Coordinate all aspects of private dining events, including menu selection, room setup, audiovisual requirements, and other special requests.
  • Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Conduct site visits with clients to showcase available private dining spaces and discuss event details.


Administrative Tasks:


  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and invoices for private dining events.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, contracts, and event details.
  • Work closely with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Train in-store management teams on Triple Seat software.


Communication:


  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to private dining events.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding event progress, changes, or additional requirements.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.


We are looking for someone who:


  • Can respond to rapidly changing work conditions and address immediate and future customer demands with very little notice and prompting.
  • Can be flexible with unpredictable scheduling.
  • Has 2+ years of private dining coordinating experience.
  • Can address immediate customer concerns, questions, and needs to provide an optimal experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, event planning, or the hospitality industry.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations is required.
  • Demonstrates a go-getter mentality.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has sales experience.
  • Familiar with Tripleseat Event management software.
