Since 2020, we have been serving the South Park area, and recently expanded our brand by opening a second location in the Rae Farms district. We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is highly skilled and motivated to help lead our team at this new location. Our restaurant draws inspiration from classic Italian restaurants of the 1960s and 70s, and we take pride in using only the freshest, high-quality ingredients without any pretense. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead by example and inspire our team members to deliver outstanding service. Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
• Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that our guests receive top-notch service, and their dining experience exceeds expectations. Address guest concerns and provide solutions promptly.
• Operational Excellence: Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Training and Development: Mentor and train team members to uphold our high standards of service and hospitality. Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs as needed.
• Financial Management: Assist in controlling costs and optimizing profitability while maintaining quality standards. Monitor and manage budgets, sales, and expenses.
• Problem Solving: Handle any challenges that may arise during shifts, from customer issues to operational obstacles, with confidence and professionalism.

Got what it takes?

• At least 2 years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• A refined palate and solid knowledge of wine and spirits.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a knack for customer service.
• High School Diploma (or better yet, a Hospitality Degree!)
